About the Role

Support the Senior Manager, Go-to-Market to deliver a product launch strategy across member and employer audiences. Coordinate communications, channel activity, asset build, stakeholder delivery and governance to support a clear, compliant and well-sequenced market launch. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys bringing together complex product, digital, operational and regulatory information into clear, customer-focused communications and marketing that support strong member and employer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of an integrated, cross-channel launch plan for a strategic product proposition across member and employer audiences.
  • Coordinate go-to-market delivery across value proposition, channel planning, campaign development, member communications, employer communications, and market readiness activity.
  • Develop and manage briefs, messaging inputs, content requirements, channel plans, delivery trackers and approval workflows with internal teams and agency partners.
  • Support the uplift of existing communications and creation of new product information and education, guidance and support content across channels including email, web, portal, app, SMS, webinars, video, tools and sales enablement materials.
  • Coordinate inputs for mandatory and operational communications, including disclosure-related updates, member notices, annual statement impacts, welcome and exit journeys, FAQs and service/contact centre scripting.
  • Work with digital, data and technology teams to align communications with member journey design, portal/app experiences, decision-support tools, segmentation, consent and campaign activation requirements.
  • Apply segmentation and audience insights to support targeted communications, nurture streams, trigger-based activity and cohort/pathway-based personalisation where available.
  • Partner with product, distribution, digital, data, operations, service, legal, risk, compliance, change and external partners to manage dependencies, approvals, risks and launch readiness.
  • Support message testing, performance reporting and feedback loops to improve comprehension, engagement, channel effectiveness and member outcomes before and after launch.
  • Track milestones, risks, decisions and dependencies, escalating issues with clear options to protect delivery, compliance and customer experience outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, campaign delivery or go-to-market execution, ideally within financial services, wealth, superannuation or another regulated sector.
  • Experience supporting complex product launches, customer communications, lifecycle programs, change communications or integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong delivery and project coordination capability, including briefs, timelines, approvals, dependency management, status reporting and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Good understanding of segmentation, targeting, customer journeys, content planning, message testing and campaign performance reporting.
  • Ability to translate complex product, digital, operational or regulatory information into simple, customer-focused messaging and practical delivery requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience balancing different views and priorities working across product, digital, data, operations, service, legal, compliance, distribution and external agencies.
  • Collaborative, highly proactive and detail-oriented self-starter with the confidence to take ownership, identify risks early, solve problems independently, navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes with minimal direction.
  • Sound judgement in a regulated environment, including experience working through legal, risk, compliance, disclosure or governance review processes.
  • Exposure to marketing automation, CRM, CDP, email platforms, web content, member portals, consent management or campaign reporting tools would be advantageous.
  • Applicants will be required to provide evidence of their eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Applicants will be required to undertake police and basic credit checks as a condition of employment.
