About the Role
As a working student in Legal Affairs, you will actively contribute to diverse and exciting Legal and Business Affairs projects. You will be valued and supported as a full team member, with opportunities to implement your own ideas and actively participate in the company's further development.
Responsibilities
- Work on exciting legal and business projects.
- Create and review contracts for clients and other legal documents (e.g., sample clauses) in coordination with the sales team.
- Support the setup and maintenance of contract management and process documentation (e.g., during the introduction of the Pipedrive tool).
- Conduct independent research and take responsibility for your own projects, including the preparation of legal information and documents (e.g., the AI compliance declaration).
- Support the coordination and communication with external service providers and clients.
- Collaborate directly with management in Corporate Affairs (e.g., redesigning shareholder agreements) and on compliance topics (e.g., data protection audits).
Requirements
- At least one year remaining until the completion of your studies in Law, Business Law, or a similar field.
- Ability to process legal issues with strong analytical thinking.
- Responsible, structured, independent, and proactive work approach.
- Creative mindset with a desire to explore new approaches and make your own mark.
- Proficiency in common office software.
- Very good written and spoken German and good English skills.
