About the Role
The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a 24+ month developmental role designed to provide comprehensive knowledge of the company's business, including technical, clinical, and sales aspects. This role partners with the team to gain expertise and prepare for future quota-bearing positions.
Responsibilities
- Assists sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospital robotic development, and overall territory management.
- Guides technical in-services for customers, including OR staff and surgeons.
- Sells benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to contribute to team overall quotas.
- Gains experience in goal setting, mapping, and attaining in preparation for a quota-bearing role.
- Manages administrative tasks such as reporting sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and submission of expense reports.
Requirements
- Candidates must live within or be willing to relocate to the Westchester - Poughkeepsie NY area or Fairfield County CT.
- A minimum of 1-year outside sales experience (post-grad) or 1 year leadership experience is required.
- Proven record of success.
- Ambition and exceptional work ethic.
- Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel up to 10%, and work nights and weekends as needed.
- Proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19 may be required.
