About the Role

As a Third-Party Asset Manager, you will manage the collation, quality control, and review of cleared third-party content across multiple markets, acting as a bridge between legal and production teams to ensure timely and accurate asset delivery. This role requires a strong background in content production and asset management within a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with flexibility for working hours and on-site client office presence.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key liaison between the client's Marketing team and Content Production teams for effective third-party content handoffs.
  • Manage the receipt and organization of high volumes of cleared assets across multiple projects, markets, and language versions.
  • Track content requirements by project and gather clearance requests, prioritizing for client review.
  • Own the QC process by cross-checking cleared content against defined criteria for compliance with local advertising laws and cultural nuances.
  • Curate assets against client-defined criteria, including cultural considerations and identifying appropriate local artists for music.
  • Review all comps to ensure they match cleared assets and provide alternative suggestions relevant to briefs.
  • Utilize client rights management systems and production platforms to ensure assets are accurately tracked and accessible.
  • Develop and maintain a database of clearance information and relevant updates.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of client clearance criteria and brand guidelines.
  • Manage the client's final review and approval process, supporting internal stakeholder management for content sign-offs.
  • Provide monthly tracking reports for all cleared assets.
  • Keep clients informed with timely updates, flagging any circumstances that may impact project delivery alongside proposed solutions.
  • Serve as a consistent point of communication for Content Production team leads, ensuring swift resolution of challenges.
  • Deliver final approved content to Content Production teams for implementation.
  • Manage a high-volume workload across multiple projects, markets, and language versions.
  • Support the onboarding and training of newer team members.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience within advertising, media production, or the entertainment industry.
  • Proven experience handling high volumes of content across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and confidently navigate multiple systems and platforms.
  • Experience acting as a liaison between legal or business affairs teams and production teams.
  • Proven track record of reviewing and approving content against defined criteria.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • General knowledge of pop culture and the entertainment landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both oral and written English.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and results-oriented with a positive, high-energy approach.
  • Flexibility to work beyond standard hours and occasionally on weekends.
  • Ability to work on-site at the client office when required.
