About the Role

The Manager, International Growth is a critical strategic leader responsible for shaping the future of the NFL’s global business. This role is a thought partner to senior leadership, driving the evaluation, development, and execution of initiatives that accelerate the League’s expansion and deepen its influence in international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, refinement, and execution of international growth strategies that generate long-term enterprise value for the League.
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor by identifying new market opportunities and developing clear, data-backed recommendations for global business expansion.
  • Serve as end-to-end project lead for high-profile initiatives, including developing business cases, building execution frameworks, managing cross-functional collaboration, and delivering post-launch analysis.
  • Own the financial modeling, KPI development, and ongoing performance monitoring of international growth initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships across key NFL departments to ensure seamless integration of global strategies.
  • Drive cross-regional collaboration and knowledge sharing between NFL territory offices and League headquarters.
  • Develop polished, executive-ready presentations and strategic materials for senior stakeholders and NFL leadership.
  • Support the International and Events leadership teams in annual business planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy, business development, or management consulting, ideally with exposure to global sports, media, or entertainment industries.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from ideation through execution in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Advanced capabilities in financial modeling, business case development, and strategic storytelling (Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required).
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with sensitivity to diverse cultural and geographic nuances.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for solving business problems and unlocking new opportunities.
