About the Role
This role is within the digital pillar of Nine, focusing on driving advertising effectiveness for brands across Nine's digital assets. You will utilize advanced data capabilities to target the right audience at the right time.
Responsibilities
- Building and testing all campaign creatives to ensure they meet Nine’s ad specifications.
- Providing timely and accurate reporting from mid-campaign through to completion.
- Test, troubleshoot, and schedule all campaign creatives to ensure they meet Nine ad specifications and creative lead times.
- Work closely with Campaign Managers to resolve creative issues and project manage all site sponsorships.
- Provide a high-level of service to Stakeholders (predominantly Campaign Managers and Sales) to ensure a smooth go-live for campaign launches.
- Support the Campaign Managers in the day-to-day management, implementation and organisation of all digital advertising campaigns.
- Ensure all creatives/tags are tested and uploaded in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate and timely end of campaign reporting insights, data analysis and recommendations to promote revenue growth.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in a client service role, such as account management, coordination, or a similar field
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team-focused organisation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Familiarity with Digital Media Buying and Planning (not essential)
- Must have the right to lawfully work and live in Australia.
