About the Role
As our Office Manager, you're the heartbeat of the office and the person who keeps the space running, the events landing, and the people connected. You'll own how it feels to walk through our doors, from a spotless, welcoming space to the weekly rituals and big-moment events that bring our culture to life. Responsibilities
- Run Brighte HQ day to day, ensuring the space is safe, welcoming, presentation-ready and unmistakably Brighte.
- Own facilities, supplies, and budgets, managing building management, contractors, and service providers.
- Deliver weekly rituals and company-wide events from concept to run sheet.
- Run recognition programs to celebrate milestones and anniversaries.
- Own the in-office onboarding experience, coordinating logistics for new starters.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Leadership Team, including travel and event logistics.
- Coordinate WHS activities, committee meetings, and building audits.
- Partner with international teams to deliver a consistent employee experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience running an office or workplace.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A people-first, hospitality mindset.
- Strong vendor, procurement, and budget management skills.
- A knack for event planning.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and using it to work smarter.
- WHS awareness or the appetite to learn is a plus.
- Ability to undertake references and background checks, including police, anti-money laundering, and bankruptcy checks.
