About the Role
Accor operates Qantas Lounges globally, providing a relaxing start to holidays, an efficient workspace between flights, and a welcoming pause. We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our First-Class Lounge Team at Sydney International Airport.
Responsibilities
- Create memorable service experiences for Qantas Lounge guests.
- Clear tables and ensure service areas are clean and tidy, including a la carte service.
- Serve beverages efficiently using tray service, ensuring smooth and safe delivery to guests.
- Clear trays of glassware, cutlery, plates, and crockery.
- Work closely with multiple departments, including front of house, culinary, and stores teams.
- Carry and balance trays with multiple items, maintaining balance and speed.
- Represent the Qantas Brand with immaculate presentation.
- Maintain hygiene standards for food handling and presentation.
- Promote a safe workplace by recognizing hazards and promoting general WHS practices.
- Develop skills in barista and bar services (for experienced team members).
Requirements
- Must have full working rights within Australia.
- Must undergo a Federal Police check for ASIC certification (reimbursed upon approval).
