About the Role

The National Office Rotation & Fellowship Program at Crowe is designed to develop future leaders in areas such as professional practice, quality, methodology, inspections, knowledge management, and transformation. Participants will gain exposure to activities supporting high-quality professional services, consistent application of professional standards, integrated quality management, and the future transformation of the profession. This program aims to accelerate the development of professionals with strong technical aptitude, professional judgment, communication skills, and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in accounting, auditing, SEC, or regulatory consultations
  • Assist with pre-issuance reviews and quality monitoring activities
  • Participate in internal inspections and root cause analysis activities
  • Assist with development of methodology, practice aids, and guidance
  • Author or review thought leadership, technical guidance, and training materials
  • Participate in standard-setting and comment letter activities
  • Participate in transformation and AI-enabled knowledge initiatives
  • Present on internal trainings or webcasts
  • Participate in industry, regulatory, or peer-group activities
  • Assist with development of knowledge management resources
  • Collaborate with professionals across National Office, Quality, Methodology, and Business Units

Requirements

  • CPA required (or actively pursuing CPA where applicable)
  • Strong performance history
  • Relevant experience in audit, accounting advisory, SEC reporting, industry specialization, quality, or related areas
  • Demonstrated interest in professional standards, technical accounting, auditing, quality, or transformation initiatives
  • Open to senior staff, manager, or senior manager level individuals
  • Applicants must submit a current résumé, statement of interest, and letter of recommendation from a Crowe leader
