About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Hardware Engineering Program Manager to lead the development of innovative new products.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of hardware product development programs from concept to mass production.
- Build alignment with senior leaders to establish clear program objectives and design program execution strategies balancing schedule and risk.
- Navigate the project team through project execution to ensure the right people are working on the right things at the right time.
- Communicate across various engineering disciplines and the business to ensure alignment on risks, challenges, and results.
- Champion best practices and processes for scaling product development.
- Champion the release of the best possible product for an optimal customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelors of Engineering
- Preferred Masters of Engineering
- 3 years+ in a program management role
- Track record of launching successful products
- Strong communication skills across various engineering disciplines
- Willingness and ability to travel to China as needed
