About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Hardware Engineering Program Manager to lead the development of innovative new products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of hardware product development programs from concept to mass production.
  • Build alignment with senior leaders to establish clear program objectives and design program execution strategies balancing schedule and risk.
  • Navigate the project team through project execution to ensure the right people are working on the right things at the right time.
  • Communicate across various engineering disciplines and the business to ensure alignment on risks, challenges, and results.
  • Champion best practices and processes for scaling product development.
  • Champion the release of the best possible product for an optimal customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelors of Engineering
  • Preferred Masters of Engineering
  • 3 years+ in a program management role
  • Track record of launching successful products
  • Strong communication skills across various engineering disciplines
  • Willingness and ability to travel to China as needed
