About the Role

Planning, coordinating, implementing, and reporting on national Street Team activations to ensure successful execution of client and ARN campaigns, delivering unforgettable moments for listeners and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Street Team rostering, onboarding, training, communications, and performance support.
  • Oversee vehicles, equipment, uniforms, and merchandise, maintaining brand standards and operational readiness.
  • Track budgets, reporting, Salesforce administration, and campaign performance insights.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring legal compliance, workplace safety, and support across broader marketing initiatives and marketing team administration.

Requirements

  • Strong project coordination skills, managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, budget management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to use initiative and work autonomously with minimum guidance and direction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Salesforce experience advantageous.
  • Experience in entry-level marketing and event coordination.
