About the Role
The Manager of Consumer Analytics will collaborate with business leaders to deliver actionable, data-driven insights and drive customer engagement. This individual contributor role involves analyzing customer behavior and campaign performance across multiple channels using transactional, behavioral, clickstream, and demographic data.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of recurring reports, business reviews, and ad hoc analyses to drive actionable insights, improve CRM strategies, and enhance campaign performance for customer retention and acquisition.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable visualizations and executive-level presentations.
- Build and maintain dashboards and syndicated reports to evaluate consumer metrics and campaign KPIs.
- Provide clear insights and recommendations to business leaders, forecasting campaign results and suggesting course corrections.
- Design and implement testing methodologies and analytic approaches to optimize targeting tactics and leverage predictive models.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives, providing regular reporting and deep-dive analysis.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Standardize analytic processes for efficiency and consistency.
Requirements
- BS/BA in economics, statistics, mathematics, or another quantitative field.
- 4+ years of experience in applied analytics, consulting, or similar decision science roles.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, or similar querying languages.
- Strong experience working with relational databases and handling large datasets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
- Strong communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- A collaborative and flexible approach with a positive attitude towards teamwork and adaptability.
