About the Role
This position performs various clerical and accounting tasks according to standard operating procedures, including processing invoices, cash receipts, and entry-level journal entries, along with completing related documentation and reporting functions.
Responsibilities
- Processes receipts, invoices, time sheets, etc., verifying accuracy of documentation and balances, compiling data, and preparing appropriate forms and reports.
- Enters various data into an appropriate database system.
- Maintains integrity of database accounting systems by performing daily data entry functions of budget, purchase order account balances, billings, or similar information.
- Supports others with account reconciliation functions.
- Responds to tenant, vendor, client, and staff requests for information.
- Performs other accounting, clerical, and administrative tasks which may include word processing, emails, and handling mail.
Requirements
- Under the direct supervision of a Senior Accountant or Financial Manager.
Salary/Compensations
- $22.54 - $26.52
