About the Role

The On Call Table Games Dealer is responsible for dealing table games while providing excellent guest service, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Deal one or more Game Types proficiently, including Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, Specialty Games (Poker), and variations.
• Protect, control, and verify the accuracy of fills, credits, openers/closers, and marker transactions.
• Accurately exchange cash or markers for chips; collect losing bets and pay winning bets.
• Collect commission based on the game dealt.
• Communicate verbally with supervisors or Table Games Managers regarding unnatural or irregular play and disputes.
• Notify supervisor immediately of all mistakes or claims and resolve them at their discretion.
• Verbalize player instructions, card totals, results, or any other information as required by game procedures.
• Maintain a helpful and courteous atmosphere at the game.
• Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests, staying alert to their needs and responding effectively to inquiries.
• Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority or refer them to management.
• Notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ Months of prior relevant experience dealing multiple table games.
• Experience working in a similar resort setting required.
