About the Role
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a Senior Level Associate in the Finance Group in Westchester County. The Associate will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating syndicated and bilateral credit agreements and related documents.
- Providing legal opinions for all asset classes.
- Taking on significant responsibility for deal management and client interaction.
Requirements
- 4 - 5 years of finance background.
- Substantial experience in representing lenders.
- Admitted to the New York Bar.
- Diligence, proactivity, supportiveness, and team orientation.
- Strong academic background.
- Superior drafting skills.
- Knowledge of secured lending transactions.
