About the Role
The Assistant Manager is a key holder and serves as the manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager. This role assists in managing store operations to meet service standards and achieve profitability goals, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely, quality repairs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key holder for the store.
- Act as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager or when demand requires.
- Assist in managing the operations of an automotive retail service and repair store.
- Ensure all teammates deliver exceptional 5 Star service to guests.
- Communicate vehicle issues and proposed solutions effectively.
- Consistently meet guest expectations for time commitments and quality.
Requirements
- Must be a key holder for the store.
- Must serve as the manager on duty (MOD) in the absence of the Store Manager, or when demand requires it.
- Responsible for assisting in managing the operations of an automotive retail service and repair store to meet or exceed service standards and to achieve Monro’s performance and profitability goals.
- Expected to ensure that all teammates deliver exceptional 5 Star service to our guests, through effective communication of vehicle issues and proposed solutions, as well as consistently meeting guest expectations for time commitments and quality.
