About the Role

FourKites is seeking an Associate Product Manager for the OTR & Core Visibility team, the company's flagship product line. This role involves owning product outcomes, working with data, engaging with customers, and collaborating with engineering and design to enhance adoption, retention, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze feature adoption, engagement, and retention KPIs for OTR and core visibility products.
  • Identify friction points and adoption gaps through usage data, customer interviews, and feedback loops.
  • Build and prioritize a backlog of product enhancements to improve customer stickiness.
  • Support roadmap planning and provide prioritization recommendations.
  • Work hands-on with product analytics platforms and write SQL queries to explore feature usage.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking adoption trends.
  • Translate quantitative findings into product hypotheses and backlog items.
  • Partner with Data Science and Engineering on instrumentation improvements.
  • Participate in customer onboarding, QBRs, support escalations, and discovery sessions.
  • Surface systemic product gaps and recurring pain points with Customer Success Managers.
  • Champion the voice of the customer in internal planning and sprint reviews.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design on scoping, development, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Support Product Marketing with onboarding materials, release notes, and adoption playbooks.
  • Contribute to presales conversations and market requirement gathering.

Requirements

  • 3+ years developing deep expertise in a specific supply chain or logistics domain (e.g., truckload, last-mile, ocean freight).
  • Practical experience in truckload transportation, freight visibility, or carrier/shipper operations.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed or offshore engineering teams across time zones.
  • Comfort working hands-on with data: SQL proficiency, familiarity with analytics tools, ability to build a data-driven narrative.
  • Strong customer engagement skills — experience running discovery calls, writing user stories, and translating qualitative feedback into crisp requirements.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to accelerate PM workflows.
  • Prior exposure to SaaS onboarding flows, feature adoption programs, or customer health scoring.
  • Experience with Pendo, Amplitude, or similar product analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with agile development and working directly with engineering squads.
