About the Role

Leverage your analytic skillset to unlock the future of product innovation and help shape how clients experience our offerings with the right pricing and positioning. As a Market and Product Expansion Manager within Kinexys, you are an integral part of the team whose work supports the successful release and adoption of products. As a core contributor of the team, you will drive high-impact initiatives and deliver on our most critical priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts comprehensive pricing analysis to evaluate market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behavior
  • Performs market research to understand local needs and requirements for product improvements
  • Develops and maintains a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively tailor collateral to specific markets
  • Advises on the available standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to the regulatory environment to ensure our products meet all necessary risk and compliance checks
  • Support the development and ongoing refinement of strategy for our business, translating priorities into executable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
  • Conduct quantitative analysis to inform go-to-market strategy, including sizing opportunities and assessing adoption/segment dynamics
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across product, technology, legal, risk, compliance, and operations
  • Prepare clear, concise presentation materials for senior leadership
  • Maintain an informed view of the digital assets and broader fintech landscape

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product, Technology, or Project Management
  • Consulting or strategy experience
  • Strong understanding of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements
  • Proven ability to comprehend and interpret market regulatory requirements to confirm and secure required market approvals and operational requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesize complex/ambiguous information into structured insights and recommendations
  • Maintaining both a collaborative working style while also being very comfortable working independently with minimal guidance
