About the Role

Leverage your analytic skillset to unlock the future of product innovation and help shape how clients experience our offerings with the right pricing and positioning. As a Market and Product Expansion Manager within Kinexys, you are an integral part of the team whose work supports the successful release and adoption of products. As a core contributor of the team, you will drive high-impact initiatives and deliver on our most critical priorities.

Responsibilities

Conducts comprehensive pricing analysis to evaluate market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behavior
Performs market research to understand local needs and requirements for product improvements
Develops and maintains a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively tailor collateral to specific markets
Advises on the available standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to the regulatory environment to ensure our products meet all necessary risk and compliance checks
Support the development and ongoing refinement of strategy for our business, translating priorities into executable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
Conduct quantitative analysis to inform go-to-market strategy, including sizing opportunities and assessing adoption/segment dynamics
Coordinate with stakeholders across product, technology, legal, risk, compliance, and operations
Prepare clear, concise presentation materials for senior leadership
Maintain an informed view of the digital assets and broader fintech landscape

Requirements

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product, Technology, or Project Management
Consulting or strategy experience
Strong understanding of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements
Proven ability to comprehend and interpret market regulatory requirements to confirm and secure required market approvals and operational requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesize complex/ambiguous information into structured insights and recommendations
Maintaining both a collaborative working style while also being very comfortable working independently with minimal guidance
