About the Role

This entry-level administrative role is a great opportunity for school leavers, university students, or anyone beginning their professional journey. As part of a supportive team, you'll develop practical skills in communication, customer service, records management, and business administration while working across a variety of work areas. No two days are the same, you'll interact with different people, learn how a large organisation operates, and gain hands-on experience using a range of office technologies and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provides a range of clerical and administrative services to support the achievement of business outcomes in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.
  • Develop practical skills in communication, customer service, records management, and business administration.
  • Interact with different people.
  • Learn how a large organisation operates.
  • Gain hands-on experience using a range of office technologies and systems.

Requirements

  • Must be an Australian Citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen.
  • Must undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check.
  • Must obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force.
  • Attach a cover letter (2 pages maximum).
  • Attach an up-to-date resume that clearly details your skills & experience as relevant to this role.
