About the Role

The Roster Officer provides efficient and effective coordination and management of the rostering portfolio, utilising all human resources available to achieve corporate, community and command requirements. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to be involved in the establishment of the new Armed Response Command. We are looking for someone with ideas and initiative, who thrives in a “blank canvas” environment, and enjoys setting up efficient systems and processes. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and keen to make a meaningful impact from the outset, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and effective coordination and management of the rostering portfolio.
  • Utilise all human resources available to achieve corporate, community and command requirements.
  • Prepare, maintain, and oversee current and future rosters ensuring compliance with industrial entitlements and business rules.
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication with team members through effective collaboration.

Requirements

  • Must be an Australian Citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen.
  • Must undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check.
  • Must obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force.
