About the Role
BD's Medication Management Solutions (MMS) division is seeking a professional to support the implementation of cutting-edge medical devices and automation systems in hospitals, from planning to operation.
Responsibilities
- Manage project progress.
- Adjust project schedules.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and update project documentation.
- Support projects to ensure they adhere to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate inventory management and procurement planning with internal teams.
- Manage and process internal approval procedures.
- Prepare and arrange quotations.
- Arrange drawings and perform drafting as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in project support or project management in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.
- Business-level Japanese and English proficiency with experience working in a global environment, including online meetings and email correspondence with teams in Europe and Asia.
- Experience in project management or project coordination.
- Experience in implementation projects for medical devices or equipment.
- Experience in sales support, operations support, or customer service.
- Experience in engineering or technical support.
- Experience in supply chain operations such as inventory management, procurement planning, and logistics management.
- Experience promoting work by collaborating with multiple departments and overseas teams.
