About the Role
In this role, you will advise companies on transfer pricing, develop solutions for global business activities, and minimize risks. The team supports clients in complying with local and global transfer pricing regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of value chains and business models to derive transfer pricing implications.
- Advise international clients on transfer pricing matters from a strategic, process-oriented, tax, and economic perspective.
- Prepare tax opinions on transfer pricing, applying economic understanding.
- Support the defense of transfer prices in tax audits and assist in international arbitration and mutual agreement procedures.
- Conduct business, tax, and economic analyses for cross-border issues, such as competitive analyses.
- Analyze complex economic questions for clients.
- Drive change management processes and promote innovative solutions through agile working methods.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics (Business or Economic Sciences), Law, Business Informatics, or Certified Financial Manager.
- Initial practical experience, e.g., through an internship.
- Specialization in taxes, corporate governance, controlling, and accounting is advantageous.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and willingness to change in a dynamic environment.
- Continuous willingness to deepen technical knowledge (e.g., databases, artificial intelligence).
- Ideally, knowledge of market/industry analyses, micro/industrial economics, financial economics, investment, and financing.
- Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken).
- Flexibility in terms of time and location.
