About the Role
Join a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We fill your caseload, handle administrative work, and provide support and clinical community, all from home. We believe exceptional care starts with an exceptional clinician experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
- Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
- Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
- Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings
Requirements
- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
- Licensed in New York
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Medicare billing experience a plus
