About the Role
Neko is redefining preventative care by making data-driven, preventative health accessible. This role involves delivering Neko's preventive-care model to members in New York, utilizing advanced technology and clinical expertise to identify health risks early and create actionable plans. It's a collaborative position focused on clinical excellence, member experience, and proactive health.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive preventive health screenings using Neko's technology.
- Create personalized, action-oriented health plans based on screening data.
- Educate members on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies.
- Provide clinical oversight and escalation support to APPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve continuity of care and member experience.
Requirements
- Active New York State medical license.
- Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or equivalent.
- At least 1+ year of post-residency experience.
- Recent outpatient experience (at least a year in the past 5 years).
- Comfort working in a tech-forward, fast-moving clinical environment.
