About the Role
The Production Coordinator will be the logistical engine behind our Producers, running the production office and field logistics to ensure shoots happen smoothly. This role involves managing travel, onsite logistics, and production paperwork, ensuring creatives can focus on the story.
Responsibilities
- Manage travel and movement for cast and crew, including flights, hotels, ground transport, per diems, and call sheets.
- Oversee onsite logistics to keep shoot days running, including crew meals, craft services, gear coordination, and location access.
- Handle production paperwork such as permits, releases, vendor invoices, petty cash, expense tracking, and location agreements.
Requirements
- Exceptional logistical skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.
- Experience in production coordination or a similar role managing travel, vendors, budgets, and multiple tasks.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure field situations, handling unexpected changes and problem-solving.
