About the Role

EY's Technology Solutions Delivery practice assists national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering, and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives. This role supports consulting by managing project teams through agreed upon phases of the ERP project lifecycle, including requirements definition, customization, testing, implementation, training, and rollout. The position also involves business development assistance and advising clients on architecting and implementing core applications and technology to run their business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project teams through agreed upon phases of the ERP project governance, requirements definition, technology risk analysis, customization, testing, implementation, training, and rollout of a client's project lifecycle.
  • Provide business development assistance.
  • Lead Oracle Cloud business process design/configuration workshops.
  • Work in a collaborative team analyzing client issues and developing solutions.
  • Develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally.
  • Modify policies and establish procedures within the scope of work.

Requirements

  • Oracle Fusion certification.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering Oracle system implementations or super user across two or more of the following Oracle Cloud PPM modules: Project Financials, Project Contract Billing and Revenue, Resource Management, Task Management, Grant Management, Time and Labor for Projects.
  • 4 or more full lifecycle implementations in any of the above modules.
  • 7 years or more of relevant business and industry experience related to Oracle Cloud applications.
  • A bachelor's degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 90% as required for specific client projects.

  • Strong analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems.
  • Proven ability to manage engagement economics and resource planning.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing change effectively.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and lead specific RFP responses.
  • Ability to be a key contributor throughout the project lifecycle and agreed upon phases of the ERP project.
  • Ability to work and collaborate effectively with both internal and external team members.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Self-starter with a willingness and desire to continue to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
  • Demonstrates the ability to implement software.
  • Interact and communicate effectively with finance and technology senior and middle management executives as well as end user and business subject matter experts.
  • Demonstrate strong decision-making skills in developing solutions for complex problems.
  • Exercise sound judgment in selecting methods and criteria for obtaining results.
  • Possess a functional understanding of system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
  • Strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills.
  • Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues.

  • Managers for Vancouver: $110,000 to $160,000
  • Managers for Toronto: $110,000 to $160,000
  • Managers for Victoria: $99,000 to $149,000
