About the Role

This is an exciting entry-level position in our branch network, ideal for candidates interested in a teamwork environment and interfacing with AAA members by providing insurance and membership services support. You will be provided with training on AAA products and services to help meet cross-selling goals and have opportunities for advancement with skills-based pay increases and monthly bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and insurance billing, and other services.
• Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team members.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Be available during branch hours of operation: Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
• Ability to qualify for Property and Casualty License

• Advanced customer service skills

• Ability to travel locally when necessary
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics
• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals
