  • Identify improvement areas
  • Lead solution development in collaboration with internal teams
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across diverse retail environments

  • Drive initiatives that elevate brand presence, sales performance, and customer engagement

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in wholesale
  • Exposure to U.S. and Canadian markets
  • Experience in beauty, liquor, or luxury industries (preferred)
  • Knowledge of and contacts within North America (a plus)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies, preferably in luxury products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical, agile, and results-driven mindset
  • High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple high-priority projects
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, multicultural environments
  • Retail and sell-out focused with an entrepreneurial, team-oriented approach
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Willingness to work extended hours
