- Maintain high-quality standards for cake presentation and appearance on every order

- Manage frosting station cleanliness and organization throughout each shift
- Monitor cake inventory and communicate production needs to the team
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Collaborate with bakery team members to meet daily production goals and customer deadlines
Requirements
- Prior experience in cake decorating, frosting, or a bakery environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality baked goods
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand and wrist motions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
