  • Coordinate project activities across a varying portfolio of projects, with guidance from more senior Project Operations Managers
  • Work closely with clients’ project and technical teams, as well as internal stakeholders and external partners, to support a smooth rollout
  • Design project planning, scheduling, documentation, and status tracking to keep projects on track
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to internal teams and clients in a clear and timely manner
  • Develop a working knowledge of Adyen’s products and solutions to provide effective client consultation
  • Capture and relay client feedback to internal teams to help improve products, processes, and services
  • Support project handovers after go-live by helping document processes and ensure support teams are set up for business-as-usual
  • Contribute ideas to improve internal project delivery processes as the business scales, learning best practices along the way

Requirements

  • 1- 5 years of Project Management or Payments Experience
  • Experience in client facing, operational or a technical environment
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and eager to build confidence leading conversations with guidance from more senior team members
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track tasks, timelines, and dependencies across several workstreams
  • A clear communicator who can provide status updates, document decisions, and raise risks or questions when needed
  • Curious and motivated to learn, especially in a fast-paced fintech or technology-driven environment
