About the Role
The Store Manager provides daily leadership to store positions, including General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and Assistant Store Manager. Reporting to the District Manager, this role is responsible for day-to-day store and teammate leadership, including selecting, coaching, and developing store teammates. This position supports Monro’s vision to be America’s leading auto and service tire service centers by promoting products and services to guests.
