  • Contribute to and follow internal AI image and video production standards.
  • Populate and maintain graphic and video templates for autonomous asset production by non-designers.
  • Contribute to and maintain Figma graphic libraries across brands.
  • Help maintain icon sets and other brand asset systems as they scale.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director, editorial leads, paid media team, product designers, marketing managers, and digital PR specialists.
  • Participate in design critique, accept and give specific feedback.
  • Manage your own schedule and prioritize across multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years digital graphic or motion design experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Figma Draw.
  • Working fluency in Figma Design (components, auto-layout, libraries, variables).
  • Curiosity about Figma Motion, Buzz, and the broader Figma ecosystem is essential.
  • Comfortable using AI tools as part of your creative process.
  • Basic video editing skills (cutdowns, social-first edits, light motion) using Adobe Express, Descript, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating breadth, craft, and a clear point of view.
  • Ability to visualize data and complex ideas clearly and accurately.
  • Strong creative instincts and the ability to channel brand personality through visual work.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; able to give and receive constructive feedback.
