About the Role
Rapid Medical is seeking candidates across multiple levels for a Commercial Field Sales territory in San Antonio/Austin. This role is crucial in changing how stroke is treated by expanding access to life-saving stroke care. The work directly impacts patient outcomes, and the company is looking for individuals passionate about this mission.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships with neurointerventional physicians, hospital stroke teams, and key accounts.
- Establish a daily cadence in accounts through sales calls, case coverage, stroke-call support, and clinical education.
- Provide in-servicing and procedural/clinical support in and around procedure rooms and neuro-suites.
- Identify, qualify, and grow new business, driving adoption of Rapid Medical technologies.
- Partner with your Regional Manager on territory strategy, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews.
- Represent Rapid Medical at society meetings and trade shows.
- Keep accurate activity, case-coverage, and account records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Medical device sales or clinical-support experience (years vary by level).
- Comfort in the hospital/procedural environment and ability to maintain vendor credentialing to hospital standards.
- Strong listening, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A strategic, problem-solving mindset and high self-motivation.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and active auto liability insurance.
- Ability to travel 40–60% within the assigned territory.
- Neurovascular/vascular experience strongly preferred.
