About the Role

This role involves providing therapy services in the homes of patients, requiring travel within a designated geographic area. The At-Home teammate will work closely with patients and their families to create a supportive and nurturing environment conducive to learning and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Client’s Homes, including driving up to 45 minutes each way.
• Work autonomously, managing caseload and enhancing children’s abilities.
• Apply one-on-one ABA therapy principles to help children with Autism reach their full potential.
• Work with early childhood aged children (18 months to 12 years old).
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a team dedicated to living ABC’s core values.
• Drive personal vehicle to patient appointments and focus entirely on the patient during sessions.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable driving to and from patient homes, up to 45 minutes each way.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families is a must.
• An eagerness to be a part of a caring and team-oriented company culture.

• High School / Associate’s Degree: $16–$24 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $20–$25.50 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $22–$27 per hour
