About the Role

Support digital measurement, insights generation, and data-driven decision-making to help stakeholders understand user behavior and optimize digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including engagement, conversion, retention, and funnel metrics
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to support business growth
  • Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Support implementation and maintenance of digital tracking using Adobe Launch, Tealium, or similar tag management systems
  • Validate and troubleshoot tracking across digital platforms (web and mobile)
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement data layer requirements
  • Assist in design and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests using platforms such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, or VWO
  • Provide recommendations to optimize user journeys, content performance, and conversion rates
  • Contribute to ongoing conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives
  • Partner with marketing, product, UX, and engineering teams to align on measurement strategies
  • Translate business requirements into tracking and reporting solutions
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to influence decision-making
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across platforms
  • Maintain documentation for tagging plans, tracking requirements, and governance frameworks
  • Support compliance with privacy regulations and consent management practices (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in digital analytics or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with tag management tools (Adobe Launch, Tealium)
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong data storytelling and visualization skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL
  • Understanding of digital marketing ecosystems (paid media, email, SEO, etc.)
  • Experience supporting experimentation and optimization initiatives
  • Ability to influence stakeholders through insights
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
