About the Role
As a Software Developer on the Identity Verification Team, you will build innovative products to verify identities globally. You will develop next-generation verification features using Orchestration, Generative AI, and Computer Vision technologies. You will collaborate with Product, DevOps, Data Scientist, and Data teams, research emerging technologies, and ensure data integrity and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Drive the design and development of innovative, complex, and scalable applications for identity verification challenges within a microservices architecture.
- Take full ownership of new and existing features and services, managing the end-to-end lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Risk) to maximize the impact of data science initiatives.
- Champion technical excellence, cross-team learning, and knowledge sharing within the Data organization.
- Write clean, maintainable, extendable, and testable code for impactful systems.
- Build, own, and operate systems to the highest levels of resilience and service.
- Mentor junior team members and assist in their technical development.
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer working with complex, large-scale, and diversified applications and tech stacks.
- Experience working in agile environments and delivering high-quality code within tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- AI proficiency or curiosity, with a desire to embrace new technology for productivity enhancement.
- French language proficiency.
