This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with a founder whose work spans entrepreneurship, creative pursuits, and personal endeavors. Responsibilities
- Own the principal's day-to-day calendar, including coordinating meetings, managing scheduling conflicts, and balancing personal and professional commitments.
- Help the principal show up prepared by conducting research, developing briefing materials, coordinating meeting logistics, and ensuring follow-up items are addressed.
- Plan and coordinate business and personal travel from beginning to end, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Coordinate appointments, insurance matters, prescriptions, and other health-related logistics.
- Manage personal errands, evolving to-do lists, and provide thoughtful reminders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for household needs, coordinating vendors, repairs, maintenance, and logistics.
- Maintain digital and physical files for personal, legal, and financial documents.
- Monitor and manage renewal dates for memberships, IDs, credit cards, and vehicle registrations.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for the principal's creative work as needed.
