About the Role
Leverage your IT/digital/technology experience to act as the trusted link between diverse stakeholders, ensuring technology solutions align with business priorities and strategic objectives. Drive technical solutions as part of the ongoing Transformation Roadmap, focusing on Digital Energy and Services operations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders and senior leaders to understand business needs, drive digital transformation, prioritize demand, and deliver technology-enabled outcomes.
- Deliver business value via technical solutions, leveraging specialist expertise and building collaborative relationships.
- Maintain focus on project coordination and delivery, balancing strategic objectives to ensure alignment.
- Play a lead role in project planning, budgeting, governance, execution, and closure, addressing change requests.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, escalating when required and fostering continuous improvement.
- Influence and guide stakeholders through complex challenges with sound judgment and a commercial focus.
- Take the lead on specialist projects/initiatives, providing governance, coordination, and mentorship.
- Operate across various time zones within a hybrid working environment.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification/s and previous experience in the use of SAP.
- Previous experience in a similar role executing IT/digital projects, ideally within a complex global/multinational organization.
- Solid IT background encompassing Application Support, Systems Administration, Network/Infra, AI, Cloud, ERP systems, and Digital Transformation.
- Proven ability to collaborate with various stakeholder groups and achieve outcomes through people.
- Must have working rights in Australia at the time of application.
- Will be required to provide documented evidence of working rights if selected for Interview.
