About the Role

Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries as a Security Guard Corporate Lobby Patrol. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and front desk policies.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification as required, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining visitor records.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, provide information, and communicate routine requests to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Monitor front desk activity and report unusual conditions, access concerns, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
