About the Role

We are seeking an inspiring and motivated leader to oversee approximately 10 dialysis centers and 200 teammates, with complete accountability for a $30-$50MM P&L. As a Regional Operations Director (ROD), you will provide strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction to field management to ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic, and ethical patient care. This position identifies and develops strategic growth opportunities, monitors division performance, and collaborates with senior leadership to develop competitive strategies aligned with DaVita’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

Create a team powerhouse by inspiring approximately 10-12 direct reports to ensure quality and compliant patient care.
Address top growth priorities, patient census, and lead successful operational conversions on acquisitions.
Drive key metrics and outcomes from the assigned book of business.
Develop and execute strategic operating plans and goals for assigned division facilities.
Meet labor budget.
Review, analyze, and address gaps in service excellence, policies, and/or procedures proactively.
Implement solutions for identified issues.
Manage financial and revenue growth, operations, and labor management within assigned facilities.
Manage contract management and clinical outcomes within assigned division facilities.
Maintain awareness of competition and proactively assess SWOT.
