About the Role

OES Equipment is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative, Cold Formed Steel (CFS), to serve as a key customer contact and resource for clients. This role requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, teamwork, and excellent customer service skills. The representative will act as a subject matter expert for product lines and services, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality work and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Building key relationships to provide outstanding customer service.
Receiving, placing, and filling customer orders.
Providing and recommending solutions to the customer.
Placing and receiving purchase orders.
Quoting and invoice processing.
Data entry and other miscellaneous office management tasks as needed.

Requirements

Proven success in a sales and customer focused environment.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.
Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
