About the Role

We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We believe BCBAs thrive when supported and aligned with organizational values. Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake assessments for newly referred potential clients
  • Develop, implement, and revise individualized behavior support and skill acquisition plans
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Case Managers
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and ongoing assessment
  • Complete documentation in accordance with insurance and regulatory requirements
  • Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers using compassionate, assent based ABA practices
  • Maintain consistent communication with families via direct supervision, email, and phone
  • Review documentation and provide feedback to ensure clinical quality and compliance
  • Actively contribute to a positive, supportive work environment that values collaboration and professional growth

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • LABA or ability to obtain licensure in Massachusetts
  • Experience working closely with parents and families
  • Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and assent based ABA practices
