About the Role

The Business Development team at Magnite drives global growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing strategic partnerships. This role is crucial for maintaining market leadership in the fast-evolving digital media and programmatic space, focusing on driving net-new business and closing complex deals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Net-New Revenue by prospecting, pitching, and closing new business opportunities in the digital media landscape, expanding market share in the mobile and in-app ecosystem.
  • Negotiate and Execute Complex Deals by leading the end-to-end sales cycle, navigating commercial negotiations, and structuring high-value contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Product, Engineering, Legal, Account Management, and Revenue Operations to ensure seamless integration and long-term success of new partnerships.
  • Serve as an External Spokesperson and trusted advisor for Magnite in the Mobile and In App marketplace, articulating offerings, value proposition, and technical capabilities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of business development experience focused on structuring and executing complex enterprise agreements with media owners.
  • Existing relationships within the mobile media and technology industry.
  • Strong presentation skills and public speaking ability.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with multiple team members and senior management to achieve goals.
  • Experience navigating complex workflows to find and sell effective solutions.
  • Superior knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem and a point of view on its future.
  • An optimistic approach to customer service and client development.
