About the Role

This role is responsible for the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing programs and strategies to support a major co-brand partnership, including marketing, advertising, promotions, and collateral. The incumbent will deliver measurable, customer-centric programs to maximize customer growth, retention, and engagement, working with and through partners to set the agenda and drive marketing outcomes. The role evaluates and measures program results to optimize investment, works with agencies and cross-functional teams to produce branded and compliant materials, and collaborates with internal partners to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and bank policies. Additionally, the role works with leadership teams to coordinate and execute marketing events to achieve business line goals and provides solutions for business line objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing programs and strategies.
  • Deliver measurable, customer-centric marketing programs to maximize customer growth, retention, and engagement.
  • Evaluate and measure program results to optimize investment.
  • Work with agencies and cross-functional teams to produce branded and compliant materials.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure marketing programs comply with all laws, regulations, and bank policies.
  • Coordinate, develop, and execute marketing events to achieve business line goals.
  • Provide solutions and problem-solve for business line objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results.
  • Ability to lead projects and provide data-driven, customer-centric, and relevant marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and assignments that are completed on time and on budget.
  • Experience working with external partners to drive growth objectives.
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships and influence without direct authority.
  • Ability to collaborate with research teams and leaders to adapt strategies based on research findings and campaign results.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team building skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages.
  • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies.

Salary/Compensations

  • $111,600.00 - $136,400.00
