About the Role
Drive acquisition and customer marketing for Capital One's premium product portfolio, from brand and creative strategy through in-market execution across multiple channels. This role requires leadership experience in brand strategy and developing/executing large-scale, full-funnel marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership across Premium Products & Experiences to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing direction, coaching, and development to ensure high performance and career growth.
- Lead execution of industry-leading marketing strategies, campaigns, and thought leadership content that establishes Capital One as a premium brand.
- Partner across LOBs and marketing divisions to identify cross-sell opportunities and create integrated marketing approaches.
- Leverage and enhance performance metrics to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, leveraging enterprise capabilities and strengths, to drive business objectives.
- Develop and execute industry-leading marketing strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Drive innovation in marketing approaches, leveraging data and insights to continuously improve effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience leading marketing and brand strategy efforts in large organizations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly effective communication skills with outstanding writing and presentation abilities.
- Proven leadership experience and driving work through others.
- Effective management of diverse stakeholders, often amidst changing deadlines and priorities, while maintaining momentum and morale.
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience.
- Masters Degree in marketing or business.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing for financial services or another highly regulated industry.
- At least 5 years of experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment with a track record of effectively working autonomously and navigating ambiguity.
