About the Role
The Senior Product Manager will define, build, and scale an AI-enabled digital health platform that powers health experiences across multiple clients, brands, and care partners. This senior individual-contributor role involves shaping the foundation of a growing portfolio of digital health experiences, balancing the needs of various teams with the development of reusable, configurable capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a multi-year vision and product strategy for an AI-enabled digital health platform.
- Own the platform roadmap across shared capabilities, client requirements, technology, and integrations.
- Identify capabilities for standardization versus client-specific customization.
- Maintain awareness of the external digital health and AI landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
- Communicate product direction, decisions, and trade-offs to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Define AI usage standards for safety, privacy, transparency, and human oversight.
- Develop evaluation frameworks for experience quality, accuracy, reliability, and user trust.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to establish product requirements and safeguards for AI functionality.
- Ensure product requirements account for escalation, exception handling, and human support pathways.
- Build deep understanding of client needs, operating models, and strategic priorities.
- Develop reusable platform capabilities to enable efficient launch of new healthcare use cases.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
- Translate strategic priorities into roadmaps, requirements, and success measures.
- Maintain a prioritized product backlog reflecting strategy, technical health, and risk.
- Partner with engineering and design leaders to shape solution approaches.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Experience owning complex digital products or platforms from strategy through launch and scale.
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable setting direction in an emerging product space and making decisions with incomplete information.
