About the Role

We're looking for an eCommerce (Media + Retail) Specialist to join our Client Services team in London. This role will partner with clients to lead their total eCommerce strategy, offering the opportunity to learn digital platform dynamics, develop client strategies, and utilize innovative technology for management and reporting. This position provides a unique opportunity to build skillsets in both media and retail, fostering well-rounded commerce expertise for career development and acceleration. Responsibilities

  • Support Search Managers in helping clients achieve Amazon goals through campaign management, including keyword selection and bid optimization on the Amazon Marketing Services Platform.
  • Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, analytics, and performance insights for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Establish key metric reports, track progress and trends, and effectively communicate campaign results and insights.
  • Build and manage best-in-class Amazon Product Pages to drive optimal discoverability, traffic, and conversions.
  • Plan and execute merchandising strategies, including content enhancements and promotions, to accelerate client sales.
  • Create, test, measure, and analyze customer shopping and purchasing behavior for improved outcomes.
  • Utilize reporting dashboards and spreadsheets to extract and communicate commerce insights that develop go-forward strategies for clients.
  • Serve as an on-call consultant to address client Amazon challenges via emails, calls, in-person meetings, and reports.
  • Monitor industry news and platform changes, flagging potentially relevant updates for clients and the broader Flywheel team to identify implications and recommend actions.

Requirements

  • Ability to speak English and ideally one of French, German, or Spanish.
  • Experience in digital sales or media, especially Amazon, on either the brand, retailer, or agency side is a big plus.
  • Detail-oriented with good project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Solution-oriented mindset that thrives in ambiguity and figures out solutions and processes for complex problems.
  • Comfortable analyzing dashboards and utilizing spreadsheets with mastery of basic Excel formulas, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborator with outstanding presentation skills.
  • Innovative, scrappy, and independent thinker with the ability to use data to influence decisions.
  • Bias for action with a scrappy willingness to roll up your sleeves and go the extra mile.
  • Sense of ownership complemented by strong organization and project management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a genuine desire to contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate internally with colleagues and externally with clients.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Marketing Services is a big plus.
  • The hired candidate will be required to complete a background check.
