About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our One Solutions team, playing a key role in delivering complex data centre and mission-critical infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealand. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys combining technical expertise with project delivery leadership, working closely with various stakeholders to lead technical project delivery from design through commissioning.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical delivery of complex critical power and data centre projects.
Provide engineering oversight across technologies including UPS, MV/LV switchgear, busway, critical cooling, and prefabricated solutions.
Support commissioning, testing, installation, and site execution activities.
Partner with Project Managers to manage technical risks, project outcomes, and stakeholder expectations.
Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers and internal teams.
Mentor and develop Project Engineers while promoting engineering best practices across the team.

Requirements

Degree-qualified Electrical Engineer or similar.
7+ years' experience delivering electrical infrastructure, mission-critical, data centre, or construction projects.
Strong technical and commissioning experience within critical power environments.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence project outcomes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience within hyperscale, colocation, healthcare, utility, or industrial environments is highly regarded.
