About the Role
Drive growth across key parts of Chime’s member funnel by partnering with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Lifecycle teams to identify opportunities, execute experiments, and improve the member experience from acquisition through activation. This role requires a blend of strong marketing fundamentals and a data-driven mindset to optimize growth initiatives, improve conversion, and contribute to business goals.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Lifecycle teams to drive growth initiatives across acquisition, conversion, activation, and early retention.
- Analyze funnel performance, customer behavior, and experiment results to identify opportunities that improve member growth and business outcomes.
- Develop, launch, and measure experiments across marketing, onboarding, and product experiences, using data and insights to inform future optimization efforts.
- Support quarterly planning by identifying growth opportunities, sizing potential impact, and contributing recommendations to the team roadmap.
- Create and optimize messaging, offers, and member experiences across owned and paid channels to improve performance and engagement.
- Partner with Lifecycle teams to deliver cohesive member journeys from acquisition through onboarding and early retention.
- Communicate results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, helping teams make informed decisions and prioritize growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related role.
- Experience developing and executing growth strategies, experiments, or campaigns that drove measurable improvements in acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, or engagement.
- Strong product marketing fundamentals, including customer research, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning.
- Experience partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Lifecycle teams to launch and optimize member experiences.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and make recommendations.
- Ability to translate customer insights and business objectives into compelling messaging, offers, and user experiences.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
