AVANT is seeking a Member Concierge to be the first and lasting impression of our club, ensuring every member interaction reflects the sophistication and excellence of our brand. This is a high-impact, member-facing position for someone who thrives on connection, hospitality, and precision, creating a luxury fitness experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and engage members with a world-class standard of service.
• Anticipate member needs, provide personalized assistance, and ensure seamless operations at the front desk.
• Be fluent in all offerings and amenities, guiding members through training programs, recovery solutions, and membership inquiries with expertise.
• Assist in membership sign-ups, tours, and renewals, ensuring every interaction strengthens member loyalty.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to uphold AVANT’s impeccable standards, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to luxury.
• Oversee operations at the member services desk, ensuring efficiency, organization, and proactive solutions.
• Craft high-quality beverages with precision and care, adding to the elevated member experience.
• Approach challenges with creativity and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Cultivate relationships, creating a welcoming environment that fosters community and belonging.

Requirements

• Experience in luxury hospitality, customer service, or high-end fitness environments.
• A passion for fitness & wellness.
• A relentless pursuit of excellence.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Professionalism and poise.
• CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must provide a recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work.
